Refund and Returns Policy

At Akhya India (owned and operated by Akhya Foods and Beverages LLP), we take great care to deliver only the best. However, if you encounter any issues, here’s what you need to know:

Return Policy:

  • Returns are not accepted once a product is opened, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged/defective product.

  • Clear photo/video proof is mandatory for evaluation.

Replacement or Refund:

  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped or a refund processed, as per customer preference.

  • Replacement processing takes 24 hours, delivery in 5–7 working days.

Cancellations:

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • No COD orders accepted.
